"We had been looking to move away from our legacy backflow management software and had not seen anything we found promising until we came across RPZ Flow. They were able to accommodate specific requests pertinent to how we run our backflow program. The data migration went smoothly, specific configuration requests were completed, and we went live in January of 2024. Essentially, there has not been a single request we have thrown at them they have not accommodated. As with all new technology transitions, there have been a few kinks and their response time to resolve these matters has been very quick. They have been willing to meet anytime to discuss, even via video call, no matter how small the issue.
The user interface has a fresh look. We appreciate the fact that one can get filtered views, but also have access to the full database. Generating letters and notices is very simple and requesting template changes is a breeze. Not only do they provide the standard notices, they also helped to set up other various form letters we like to provide to our customers that can now be generated from the software.
Some of the testers seemed to have trouble getting signed up with the program, but RPZ Flow has been available to walk them through the process and has reached out personally to help any testers that have had trouble onboarding.
All in all, RPZ Flow has been easy to communicate with, enthusiastic, and responsive. The software is robust and provides the tools needed to run an effective backflow program. I anticipate any future issues will continue to be resolved as we both grow and maintain our programs. No up-front cost or cost for the software is a big plus too."
