Personal Information. RPZ Flow may be provided with personal information such as emails, phone numbers, and mailing addresses from the local administration previously responsible for administering a backflow prevention program. We use this information to inform you of updates to the backflow testing process, upcoming due dates, and test report submissions. You can choose to opt out of phone and email communications. If you choose to not receive any emails, physical letters are required to be mailed to the address or mailing address of the device requiring testing. You can update your mailing address and communication preferences through your customer account. You are responsible for complying with all testing regulations.RPZ Flow also collects personal information from users on a voluntary basis. When registering on the Site, we ask each user to provide items such as user's name, address, e-mail address, telephone number. Testing companies will also be asked to provide credit card information and testing licenses.We use your personal information to provide certain services you request through the Site, to operate and improve the Site, to improve existing or introduce new services, and to create a positive user experience. From time to time, we may also use information we gather to inform you of new features or services; however you may opt-out of such communications if you prefer not to receive them.
